McGuire’s Irish Pub boasts one of the largest Restaurant Display Wine Cellars in the world. The Ruprecht O’Tolf Wine Cellar was created to champion the enjoyment of Fine Wine with Great Food. The Cellar has a capacity of over 8,000 bottles. To assure the preservation of our wine through the years, the temperature is carefully maintained at an optimum 60 degrees with a constant humidity of 60%. Among our vast selection, McGuire’s is proud to offer one of the few complete vertical collections of the Chateau Mouton Rothschild Artist Series in the United States.

On display in our wine cellar we have a 1905 Mouton-Rothschild Bordeaux, a vertical collection of Opus One from 1979 to present and a variety of bottles ranging in size from 750's, Magnums, Imperials, Jerobaums and Nebacanzars.

Our Reserve Wine List offers selections from all six of Bordeaux's Premier cru first growth Chateaus - LaFite Rothschild, LaTour, Margeaux, Haut-Brion, Petrus and Mouton Rothschild. We offer the largest selection of Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir and Shiraz of any restaurant in the area. We also have good selections of highly allocated wines such as: Silver Oak, Caymus, Quintessa and Stonestreet. We also have a fine selection of ports.
